Returns & Refund Policy

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. Please contact us immediately at contact@shewearsfit.com with your order number. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are welcome to return the items following the return process outlined below.

 

EU CUSTOMERS ONLY: YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under EU consumer protection law.

The 14-day period starts from:

· The day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods

· For multiple items in one order: From the day you receive the last item

 

EXCEPTIONS TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom or Personalized Items:

· Made-to-measure clothing

· Personalized items

· Custom orders made to your specifications

Sealed Items (if unsealed):

· Products sealed for hygiene reasons that were opened

 

RETURNS

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Return Deadline:

· You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to notify us of your return

· Once you've contacted us, you'll have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us

Item Condition:
To ensure your return can be processed smoothly, items must be:

· Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

· Returned with all original tags and labels attached

· Included in original packaging where possible

Contact Us First:
Please email us at contact@shewearsfit.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

 

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to contact@shewearsfit.com including:

· Your order number

· The items you wish to return

· Reason for return (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

· Use the original packaging whenever possible

· Ensure all tags and labels remain attached

· Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit

Step 3: Ship Your Return

· Send your package to the address provided in our return instructions after contacting our customer service team

· You are responsible for return shipping costs 

· We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind

· Keep your tracking number for your records

Important: We will provide you with the return address when you contact us. Do NOT send returns to the sender address on the package.

 

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING?

· You (customer) pay return shipping costs 

· We refund: Product cost + Original standard shipping cost (if you paid for shipping)

REFUNDS

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and process your returned items, we will proceed with your refund promptly.

Processing Time: We will inspect and process your return within 72 hours of receiving it at our warehouse.

Refund Timeline: After processing, you will receive your refund within 14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

 

If You Haven't Received Your Refund

If more than 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't received it:

1. Please check with your bank or card company, as processing times can vary between institutions

2. Use our confirmation email when following up with your bank to help expedite the process

3. If you've completed these steps and still need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at contact@shewearsfit.com

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you've received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

· Your order number

· Clear photos showing the issue

· A brief description of the problem

We will carefully review your case and arrange either a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

For defective/damaged/wrong items:

· We provide prepaid return shipping label OR reimburse return shipping costs

· Fast resolution within 48 hours

· Full refund including all shipping costs OR free replacement

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size, color, or item:

1. Return the original item for a refund

2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and guarantees item availability.
