Returns & Refund

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still apply for a return according to our policy below.


Returns

We accept returns on most products within 14 days after the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging, including all labels, tags, and accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer — returns must be arranged through our customer service team at contact@shewearsfit.com.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

· Custom or personalized items

· Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear) once the hygiene seal is broken

· Gift cards and downloadable digital products

· Items that are damaged, washed, or not in their original condition

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. Processing times may vary between institutions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
